Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the website at php999.vip and all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and related digital services operated by php999.
• "User" / "Player" means any natural person who has registered an account on the php999 platform and uses its services for real-money wagering.
• "Account" means the unique registered profile created by a User on the php999 platform, associated with one Philippine mobile number and one unified PHP wallet.
• "Wallet" / "Account Balance" means the Philippine Peso (PHP) balance held within a User's php999 account, representing real funds deposited by the User and any credited bonus funds held separately in a bonus wallet.
• "Game" means any wagering activity available on the php999 platform, including but not limited to slot games, live dealer casino games, online bingo, sports betting, racing, and fishing games.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted to a User's account that are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal eligibility.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required by php999 to confirm the identity of account holders in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency that regulates gaming activities in the Philippines.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the php999 platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the php999 platform regardless of how they access it — via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any Progressive Web App (PWA) interface provided by php999. Acceptance is effective from the moment you complete account registration and click to confirm your agreement with these Terms during the sign-up process.

Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the php999 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active account:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by applicable Philippine gaming regulations. The minimum age for participation in casino-style online gaming in the Philippines is 21 years, in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and relevant Philippine statutes.
2. You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
3. You must be legally permitted to engage in online gaming under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation on php999 is lawful in your location.
4. You must not be accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
5. You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of php999 or any of its affiliated gaming technology providers.
6. You must not be registered on any applicable self-exclusion database or list, whether operated by PAGCOR or any other gaming regulatory authority.

Account Registration

To use the real-money gaming services offered by php999, you are required to register an account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• Each individual may register only one (1) account on the php999 platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different mobile numbers, names, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. Provision of false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Your mobile number serves as your primary account identifier and login credential. It must be a valid, active Philippine mobile number registered in your own name or a number you are legally authorized to use.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the contact details associated with your account remain current. php999 will not be liable for any communication failures or missed notifications resulting from outdated account information.
• Account registration is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or gift your php999 account or any funds held within it to any other person.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password, withdrawal PIN, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your php999 account. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. php999 support agents will never request your password or OTP codes.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, except where such activity results from php999's own negligence or system error.
• You must notify php999 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or that your credentials have been compromised.
• php999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP and setting a withdrawal PIN. While these measures are strongly encouraged, they are not mandatory at registration.
• You must not access the php999 platform via unauthorised automated means, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to circumvent normal human interaction with the platform.

Deposits & Payment Methods

All financial transactions on the php999 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms apply to deposits:

• php999 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels listed on the platform from time to time. Accepted payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.
• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless a specific promotion specifies a different minimum. Maximum deposit limits apply per channel and per period as displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must originate from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. php999 reserves the right to return funds deposited from unverified or third-party sources and may require additional verification.
• php999 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges, for which php999 accepts no responsibility.
• Funds deposited into your php999 wallet are held solely for the purpose of gameplay and withdrawals on the php999 platform. php999 does not pay interest on account balances.
• By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are not derived from unlawful activity and that you are complying with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations.

Withdrawals

The following terms govern withdrawal requests from your php999 account balance:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in your own name that matches the verified identity on your php999 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Standard withdrawals are processed to GCash or Maya wallets for verified accounts. Processing times for other methods vary and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account.
• Withdrawals of funds that include bonus-derived winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements having been satisfied in full prior to withdrawal eligibility.
• php999 reserves the right to require full KYC identity verification before processing any withdrawal request, and in all cases before processing withdrawals above specified thresholds as determined by php999's compliance procedures from time to time.
• php999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
• In the event that funds are credited to a User's account in error — whether by php999 system error or third-party error — php999 retains the right to reverse such credits, including any winnings accrued from erroneously credited funds.

Bonuses & Promotions

php999 offers bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to the specific terms of each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are offered at php999's sole discretion and may be amended, withdrawn, or suspended at any time without prior notice.
• Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement — the amount you must wager before bonus funds and associated winnings become available for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's terms and are calculated on the bonus amount received.
• Bonus funds are kept separate from real-money funds in a bonus wallet. Real-money funds are wagered first unless otherwise specified in promotion-specific terms.
• Each eligible User may claim a welcome bonus only once. Claims of multiple welcome bonuses, whether through duplicate accounts or misrepresentation, constitute bonus abuse.
• php999 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creation of multiple accounts, use of low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, collusion, or exploitation of promotions in ways contrary to their intended purpose.
• Cash-back and rebate promotions are calculated on net losses over the specified period and credited according to the schedule and tier conditions stated in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus terms for specific promotions — including the weekly VIP cashback programme, daily reload bonuses, and referral rewards — are published in the php999 Promotions section and may be updated from time to time.

Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the php999 platform are governed by their individual game rules as published within each game's interface. The following general gaming rules apply to all games across the platform:

• All applicable games on php999 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) to ensure fair, random, and unbiased outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published in the respective game information screens.
• Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in licensed studio environments. The outcome of live dealer games is governed by physical game elements (cards, wheels, dice) as displayed via live video stream. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, bets already placed at the time of disconnection will be settled according to the game outcome. Bets not yet placed at disconnection time are returned to the player's balance.
• Bets placed and confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled, reversed, or modified after confirmation, except where explicitly permitted by the rules of a specific game.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the php999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one php999 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting any form of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity through the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to php999 support immediately upon discovery.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live dealer games and poker formats.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or scripting to interact with any game or platform function in place of normal human play.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or credit card fraud in relation to php999 deposit transactions.
• Abusing the bonus or promotions system in any manner inconsistent with normal player activity and the promotional terms.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, harasses, or harms other players or php999 staff, including in live dealer chat interfaces.

Responsible Gaming

php999 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment in alignment with PAGCOR standards and best practices for online gaming operators. The following responsible gaming provisions are incorporated into these Terms:

• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion from the php999 platform for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion period. Permanent self-exclusion may not be reversed under any circumstances.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before becoming effective.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. Once a limit is reached, no further real-money wagers may be placed until the relevant period resets or a lower limit is applied.
• Session Time Controls: Players may set session time reminders and maximum session duration limits within their account settings.

• php999 reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or close any account where problem gambling behaviour is identified, in the interest of player welfare, regardless of whether the player has requested such measures.

Intellectual Property

All content on the php999 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the proprietary property of php999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the php999 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the php999 platform without php999's prior written consent.
• The php999 name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of php999. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.
• Game content displayed on the php999 platform may be protected by the intellectual property rights of third-party game providers. Respective rights remain with those providers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, php999 limits its liability as follows:

• php999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.
• php999 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, or circumstances beyond php999's reasonable control may temporarily affect platform availability.
• php999 is not liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from third-party access to your account due to your disclosure of credentials.
• php999 is not liable for losses caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, telecommunications failures, government actions, or changes in applicable law.
• php999's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User into their php999 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

php999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• A request for self-exclusion by the account holder.
• A directive from a competent regulatory authority or court of law.
• Identification of the account holder as an underage individual.
• Inactivity resulting in dormant account status as defined in Section 7.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than fraud or breach of Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting withdrawal criteria) will be returned to the User via their registered withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period. Where closure is due to fraud, breach, or regulatory directive, php999 reserves the right to withhold all or part of any balance pending investigation and legal review.

Amendments to These Terms

php999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, php999 will notify registered users via SMS to their registered mobile number and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform upon next login.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent changes. Your continued use of the php999 platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of a dispute between you and php999 arising from or in connection with these Terms, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through php999's internal customer support process. Disputes related to specific game outcomes should be raised with customer support within 30 days of the relevant event.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree that the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. For disputes involving platform operations regulated by PAGCOR, the applicable regulatory complaint and arbitration procedures may also apply.
